LITERARY CONTEST: YOU HAVE MADE US PROUD, NYSC LAUD CORPS MEMBER

Winners have emerged at the Grand Finale of the Legacy Literary Contest for secondary school students in Ife South Local Government of Osun State

The event which was organized recently by a Corps Member,AbdulRasheed Adeoye to enhance an enabling learning enviroment witnessed winners in three categories of literary contest, viz: debate, essay writing and spelling drills competitions

Speaking at the event ,the chief host, Mr Ajayi Waheed, the NYSC Local Government Inspector of Ife south acknowledged the hard work, dedication and dexterity of Adeoye and conveyed the special commendation of the NYSC Director General and Osun State Coordinator to the worthy ambassador for making the scheme proud

The Guest Speaker, Dr Shuaib Ajiboye Osunleke of the Department of Chemical Engineering, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife encouraged the students who participated in the contest to achieve their dreams meritoriously while applauding the effort of Adeoye

In the same vein, both the Chairman of the occasion, Alhaji Musediq Ojuade who is the President of the Ifetedo Progressive Union, and the Father of the Day, Barrister Adeyemi Kehinde Olajide, the Zonal Inspector Education, Ilesha District commended the convener for a job well done and urged other corps members to emulate him by imparting positively on the society

Meanehile ,Adeoye who is also the Deputy Community Liaison Officer of the National Youth Service Corps in Ife local government serves as a teacher in the United Anglican Middle School, Olode in Ife South Local Government.
